   Enov8tive, through Tech Care Global Innovations and Serices Inc., is committed to protecting the privacy rights of individuals on personal data pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

   All its associates are enjoined to comply with and share the responsibility to secure and protect personal data collected and processed by the organization in pursuit of legitimate purposes.

   To ensure that user rights as a Data Subject under Republic Act No. 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 are secured, enov8tive has implemented reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures intended to protect its users' personal information and/or sensitive personal information against any unauthorized, accidental and/or unlawful processing under the following terms and conditions set forth by the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10173.

   • Face/photo, fingerprints, or handwriting
   • Contact Details

3. Purpose of the Processing of Information

   Any and all processing of personal or sensitive personal information by enov8tive shall be made for a legal purpose and/or pursuant to a legal obligation under applicable laws taking into consideration and implementing appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality and/or integrity of the personal or sensitive personal information involved.

4. Protection Measures

   Only authorized enov8tive associates have access to the personal or sensitive personal information submitted through the application, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. Storage shall be within a period as may be authorized by the law. Physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized.

5. Changes to the Privacy Notice

   Enov8tive may amend this Privacy Notice to reflect the relevant updates and ensure conformity with the legal and regulatory requirements for processing personal data. Relevant updates will only be posted on enov8tive’s official website.

6. Limitations of this Privacy Notice

   This Privacy Notice applies only to enov8tive and its companion applications.
