How can I delete an assessment note in the Patient's Chart - MD Notes?

Currently, we are not able to directly delete an assessment note. However, we can cancel an appointment in order for it to be removed from the Patient's Chart - MD Notes tab.

The following are the steps to be done:
  1. Access the "Appointments" menu located on the left of your screen.
  2. Click the "All Appointments" submenu and search for the said patient.
  3. (Optional) Filter the list by inputting the visit date in the "From Date", this way it would just show those visits from that specific date.
  4. Once the result has been returned, you can click the "Cancel" button and select the appropriate reason from the dropdown options.
  5. (Optional) You may also input in the notes field additional details as to why it is being canceled.
  6. Click on the "Confirm" button to process it.
  7. Once done, you can verify the changes by accessing the patient's chart. The visit and assessment note on the specific date should no longer be showing in the MD Notes tab.
